A U.S.-licensed attorney and experienced international businessman, practicing in Poland.
Hundreds of cross-border transactions have given me a working understanding of both the legal and the business realities my clients face. I offer practical, strategic support that protects their interests and produces measurable results.
I have practiced law since 1998 and have spent most of that time inside businesses rather than beside them — as general counsel and negotiator for companies operating across the United States, Europe, and beyond. That experience informs a practical, board-level perspective: what a deal needs to work, not only what a contract needs to say.
